SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT ON THE HOMEOWNER PORTAL:
1. Please go to the Fairway Mgmt website, www.fairwaymgmt.com to set up your login.
2. Click the homeowner portal/pay assessments. You will see the instructions on this page.
3. Click sign in on top right, then create an account.
*You will find your Association number and Account Number on your annual statement.
4. You will need to spell out any street address – like Drive, Lane, Place, Boulevard (just not Dr, Ln, Pl, Blvd).
5. Once confirmed, you will get an approval in your email (check your junk folder) which will prompt you to set up a password.
6. Click on “Register an Additional Property” and follow the same instructions above, if you have multiple properties.
